Dig it…..
Dig This.
Have you ever dreamed of enlarging those sandbox toys you enjoyed as a kid? Have you ever thought it would be cool to operate an earthmover, an excavator or a bulldozer? Dig this is your opportunity to play in the dirt – super sized. We offer 1/2 day and full day adventures (details) for the public as well as corporate bookings. Groups are limited to 12 participants.
Become a smooth operator in the Dig This sandbox (link to sandbox).
You can get lost in our 4.5-acre toy land with hills, valleys and a spectacular view. Under the supervision of Dig This instructors, you can remove the external influences in your life and focus only on the adventure at hand, automatically building self-confidence and adrenaline levels.
Check out the exhilarating course in our game section (subject to change with each use).
How it works:
Operators use machinery to reposition construction materials, earth, products, and other heavy materials over short distances. Some activities involve moving materials onto or off of platforms and designated areas. Operators control the heavy equipment by moving levers, wheels, and/or foot pedals; operating switches; or turning dials. Individuals and leaders also may set up and inspect equipment, make adjustments and perform minor fine-tuning.
At Dig This adventurers can excavate waterways, remove sand, gravel, rock, or other materials from the demanding course. Little work experience or training is required for most material moving projects and instructional videos are part of the fun filled day. Equipment operators need a good sense of balance, the ability to judge distances, and eye-hand-foot coordination. Each piece of equipment requires different skills, as do different types of loads. Heavy equipment operators are guided by other workers using hand signals or a radio and receive coaching form a Dig This instructor. This is a hands on activity and participants need to dress accordingly.
